Pay As You Go

Pay As You Go is suitable for companies who only want IT support from time to time, or those who aren't able to commit to an IT support contract. It is available to everyone and you are guaranteed the same level of engineer as our support contracts receive. Though since we have to meet service level response times for our contract clients, Pay As You Go has no guaranteed availability or response time. Our charges are £60 per hour plus callout for work in office hours, £80 per hour for work outside of normal hours.



Service Level Agreement

As most professional businesses now realise, IT is their business. It is no longer possible to continue to trade if your IT systems fail. Our Service Level Agreements tackle this problem head on via a two pronged approach. Firstly we guarantee a minimum response time to limit the cost of the disruption to our clients. Secondly we undertake a weekly program of preventative maintenance to stop most problems occurring.

In addition to the technical side, our Service Level Agreement works like insurance and stop you receiving large IT support bills. Meaning that there is no longer any financial headaches over costs, just one simple invoice per month.
